Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and illsn, an individual developer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“listin.bio”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using listin.bio, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use listin.bio. You are responsible for keeping your password (or sign-in provider) secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use listin.bio to:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful;
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Send spam, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the service;
• Scrape the service, attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits, or use automated systems other than RSS-style public feed access for personal use;
• Resell, rent, or sublicense the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

You own the pages, lists, items, comments, and other content you create on listin.bio. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. This licence ends when you delete the content (subject to reasonable backup-retention periods).

You confirm you have the right to post anything you upload, and that doing so doesn’t violate anyone else’s rights.

We work to keep listin.bio reliably available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.

listin.bio offers a free tier with limits on the number of pages and lists you can create, and one or more paid plans that lift those limits and unlock additional features. Specific limits and prices are listed on our pricing page.

• Merchant of record. Paid plans are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the merchant of record (reseller) for these transactions. Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and privacy policy.
• Billing. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you select (monthly or annual). You authorise Paddle, as our payment processor and merchant of record, to charge your saved payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, email hi@illsn.com.
• Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes (including VAT/GST/sales tax). As merchant of record, Paddle calculates and collects any tax due based on your location and adds it at checkout where required.
• Downgrades. If you downgrade or cancel and your account exceeds the free-tier limits, existing content stays in place but is read-only until you bring your usage under the limits or re-subscribe.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we’re required to by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we’ll delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

listin.bio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the service will be error-free or that any data will not be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to listin.bio is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹1,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or listin.bio.

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we do, we’ll bump the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice by email or in-app message. Continued use of listin.bio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
